We begin work on your file usually with an affidavit to clear up errors with your personal information. Once corrected, we move on to challenging erroneous credit data with the credit reporting agencies. We may even challenge directly with the creditors if needed. We work to make sure everything is accurate for up to six months.

We refer many issues to the J. Gannon Helstowski Law Firm when they can assist our clients. During our process we may discover FDCPA and FCRA violations that the law firm can leverage to remove negative items from your credit report. If creditors continue to harass you, they can assist in going after them.
